The billing dates are:
Booking, June 1 – Aug 15: Bill Date 5/10, due 6/7
Booking, Aug 15 – Jan 1: Bill Date 7/14, due 8/7
Booking, Jan 1 – May 19: Bill Date 12/8, due 1/7
